Download the Paytm app, register yourself and enter all the necessary details such as contact number, email id and provide a password.
Enter the confirmation code sent to your registered mobile number.
Once you enter, Paytm account profile page will open.
Enter more details which are required to do transactions.

Here are simple steps to add money to your Paytm account:

1. Login to your Paytm account
2. Click on "Paytm Wallet" icon on the top right of the page.
3. Enter the amount
4. Click on "Add Money to Wallet"
5. In the new link enter your payment details
6. Once your complete the details, money will be added to the account.

Once your account is created you should add money to your account to make payments.

How to send money from Paytm account to bank account?

There is an option to send money from Paytm to bank account. For such transaction the company will charge a convenience or processing fee of 4% for transferring money.

What to do in case of failed transaction?

In case if the transaction is failed and the amount is deducted from the account, refunds will be usually credited back to your bank account within 3-7 working days. Check with your bank, if the amount is not credited in your account within this time frame.

Also, paytm customers can contact paytm team along with your latest bank statement from the date of the transaction.
