List Of Banks Providing UPI Mobile App On Google Play Store

Unified Payments Interface (UPI) is a unique payment system which enables a customer to make payment request from a smartphone.

UPI app can be used to make payments of product from online shopping websites and for any miscellaneous expenses such as paying utility bills, over the counter payments, barcode (scan and pay) based payments, donations, school fees and other such unique and innovative use cases.

Banks providing UPI enabled mobile app on Google Play Store:

  2. Axis Bank
  3. Bank of Maharashtra
  4. Bhartiya Mahila Bank
  5. Canara Bank
  6. Catholic Syrian Bank
  7. DCB Bank
  8. Federal Bank
  9. ICICI Bank
  10. TJSB Sahakari Bank
  11. Oriental Bank of Commerce
  12. Karnataka Bank
  13. UCO Bank
  14. Union Bank of India
  15. United Bank of India
  16. Punjab National Bank
  17. South Indian Bank
  18. Vijaya Bank
  19. YES Bank

Also IDBI Bank and RBL Bank are on-boarded as issuers. It enables their customers to download any UPI enabled Apps mentioned above and link their account. These apps will be availed in next few days for the customers to download and start using.

How to download UPI app?

To avail the service, customer needs to register and link his account. Currently UPI apps are available for android users only.

  1. Download the UPI bank app from Google play store.
  2. It will send an SMS to register mobile number for UPI.
  3. User needs to enter Name & set their six digit application password.
  4. Profile Virtual id to be created, same will be linked to the primary account.
