A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as "A2Z Maintenance Services Private Limited" on January 7, 2002 under the Companies Act. Pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company dated April 28, 2005 and a special resolution of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on May 2, 2005, the name of the Company was changed from "A2Z Maintenance Services Private Limited" to "A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Private Limited" to reflect the enhanced scope of services offered by the Company. The fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on June 13, 2005. Subsequently, pursuant to a special
resolution of the shareholders of the Company at an extraordinary general meeting held on March 12, 2010, the Company became a public limited company and the word "private" was deleted from its name. The fresh certificate of incorporation to reflect the new name was issued by the RoC on March 26, 2010.

Pursuant to a Board resolution dated April 15, 2004, the registered office of the Company was changed from 1361, Sector 4, Urban Estate, Gurgaon 122 001, Haryana to O-116, 1st Floor, DLF Shopping Mall, Arjun Marg, DLF Phase I, Gurgaon 122 002, Haryana with effect from April 15, 2004.

2013

-A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd has informed BSE that Share Purchase Agreement executed on November 12, 2012 by and between the Company, Sardana Recycling Private Limited, A2Z E Waste and Dataserv APAC Limited.

2014

-A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services "Securing Orders worth. approx Rs. 2,400 Crores for EPC work against APO (Advance Purchase Order) ) received by Sterlite Technologies Ltd and ITI Ltd".
-A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd. changed its company name to A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd as well as trading symbol of the Company be changed from A2ZMES to A2ZINFRA w.e.f. December 31, 2014.
