The Company was originally incorporated as "Alps Motor Finance Limited" on 13th March, 1987 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the State of Delhi with an object to carry on the business of Â lending, finance with focus on auto finance and projectÂ

funding etc.The Company has been originally promoted by Mr.Anil Kumar Agrawal, Mr.Madan Gopal and Mr.Shashi Agarwal.

In the year 1956, in order to strengthen the operations of the company, Company has come out its maiden initial publicÂ

offerings of the Company of Rs. 244.35 Lacs.

In February 2010 through the special resolution of member in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting and special resolution byÂ

way of postal ballot, our present promoters i.e Mr. Mahesh Chand acquired control over the Company from either promoters, pursuant to Regulation 12 of the SEBI(Substantial Acquisition Share and Takeover) Regulations, 1997.

The Company is engaged in the business of financing and investments.
