Our Company was originally set up as a partnership firm in 1979 in the name and style of M/s C.M. Mundra & Co. Subsequently, the partnership firm was converted into public limited company in the year 2006 in the name of ÂCMM Infraprojects LimitedÂ vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 27, 2006 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. Our Company received the Certificate of Commencement of Business from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh dated October 13, 2006.

The registered office of our company is situated at 108, Corporate Center 8-B South Tukoganj Indore MP 452001. The corporate identity number of our Company is U45201MP2006PLC018506.
