The Company was incorporated under the name of 'CRESCENT LEASING LIMITED' on 16th of October, 1984 in the City of Kolkata, West Bengal with the main object of Finance, Hire - Purchase, Leasing of Goods and Commodities etc.Â

The Company's present Authorised Capital and Paid up Capital are Rs.500.00 lacs and Rs. 406.69 lacs respectively.Â

Due to Lack of opportunities during last few Quarter Company is not able to do Hire-Purchase & Leasing of Goods and Commodities Business in the recent past. Â

Currently Company is engaged in the business of advancing loans and investing in Quoted and unquoted securities. Â

In past Decade the company concentrating on development of its Business mainly NBFC Activities.Â
