Our Company was subsequently converted in to a public limited company and consequently name was changed to Eco Friendly Food Processing Park Limited" vide fresh
certificate of incorporation dated 17th December, 2008 issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana.

Our Company is registered under the Companies Act, 1956 with registration no. U45209DL2008PLC181131

The Company was originally incorporated by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Mishra & Tapas Kumar Pal with the intention to establish ourselves in the agricultural sector. The company is predominantly engaged in the agricultural operations such as cultivation, processing and distribution of agricultural commodities.

Later on, in the year 2012 Mr. Brij Kishore Sabharwal & Mr. Amar Singh Bisht acquired majority stake in the company and assumed control over the company.

We are engaged in to agriculture operations, wherein we cultivate wheat, paddy, sugar cane, fruits, vegetables and flowers. We are also engaged in the operations of wood plantation. We have an integrated facility of cultivation, processing and distribution of agriculture commodities.
