Emkay Shares and Stock Brokers Limited was founded in 24th January 1995
as Emkay Share and Stock Brokers Private Limited. Our Company was converted
into a Public Limited Company in 20th October 2005 and the name
was changed to Emkay Share and Stock Brokers Limited.

Our CompanyÂs Objective in being a full service brokerage house is to provide
comprehensive advisory services to its clients under one umbrella, which would
enable managing complete financial planning needs.

Our Company has expertise in advisory services in both cash and derivatives sides
of the capital markets and are also distributors of savings / investment instruments
like Mutual Fund Schemes, Saving Bonds, IPO etc. The services are offered under
total confidentiality and integrity with the sole purpose of maximizing returns to our
clients.

investors. These diversified base of customers together with its wide gamut of services,

-Emkay sets up office in Visakhapatnam

2008

-Emkay Share & Stock Brokers Ltd has informed that the Company has received a Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon the Change of Name of the Company on June 07, 2008. A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon for Change of Name of the Company from "Emkay Share and Stock Brokers Ltd" to "EMKAY GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD" issued, by the Registrar of Companies-Maharashtra, Mumbai. This name change is effective from June 02, 2008.

-Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From B- Ruby Mills Tower, 7th Floor South East Wing, Senapati Bapat Marg,Dadar- (West), Mumbai- 400025.

2012

-"Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd. announces an alliance with London-based Icon Capital Limited".

2013

-Mr. Vaibhav Purohit has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company.

2014

-Mr. Vaibhav Purohit as the Compliance officer of the Company.

2016
-Emkay Global gains over 5% as Porinju Veliyath buys stake
-Emkay Global Financial Services selected India's Most Trusted Financial Brand
