Everlon Synthetics Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company
on 26th July 1989 and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company on May 21, 1992.

It is an existing profit making, dividend paying Company, having facilities for the manufacture of 630 tonnes per annum of 80 Denier Texturised Yarn out of Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) at its plant at Mota Pondha, Gujarat. The Company now proposes to expand its capacity by 1306 tonnes per annum on 150 Denier basis of Rotoset Polyester Yarn and Warped Yarn and to upgrade its production facilities so as to produce value added Polyester Texturised Yarn.

During 1996-97, the company installed one more draw texturising machine of 216 spindles.

2002-Everlon Synthetics Ltd has informed BSE that Mr Atul B Desai has resigned as a Director of the company and Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 28, 2002 have accepted his resignation.

2009
-Company has bagged a Rs 91.87 crores order from Government of Uttar Pradesh.

2011
-The company incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company in the name of EVERLON POWER LTD.
-The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary Company in the name of "Vakharia Power Infrastructure Ltd".

2015
-The company has filed Draft Letter of Offer for right issue to Security Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as well Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on 20th January 2015.
-The Company has obtained necessary approval for listing and trading of Rights Shares from BSE on 10th November 2015.
- Everlon Synthetics has issues Rights shares in the Ratio of 6:7

2017

The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 1/- to Rs. 10

2023

Company name has changed to Everlon Financials Ltd. from Everlon Synthetics Ltd..
