YEAR EVENTS
1991 - The Company was incorporated on 25th April, on a public limited
company and received Certificate of Commencement of Business on
1st October. The company was promoted by Haldyn Glass Ltd.
engaged in the manufacture of soda lime flint and amber glass
bottles.

1995 - The company proposed to set up a grass-root plant for the
manufacture of 37,440 tonnes per annum of amber soda lime glass
bottles in the capacity range of 30 ml. to 650 ml. at village
Gavasad, Baroda, a category 11 backward area in Gujarat.

- During Jan./Feb. the company offered 53,75,000 shares of Rs. 10
each at a premium as follows. Of which 21,58,750 shares (prem.
Rs. 10) were offered to the Haldyn Glass Ltd. (All were accepted)
2,50,000 shares (prem. Rs. 10) were offered to the promoters,
directors, their friends and relatives (All were accepted)
5,91,250 equity shares (prem Rs. 10) were offered to GIIC (All
were accepted) 4,75,000 shares (prem. Rs. 15) were offered to IMF
(All were accepted) 5,25,000 shares (prem. Rs. 16) were offered
to NRIs, OCBs. (All were accepted) and the balance 13,75,000
shares (prem. Rs. 10) were offered to the public. (All were
accepted).

1996 - During the year the company switched over to production of glass
containers for the pharmaceutical industry due to the imposition
of prohibition in some of the states.

2006

-Haldyn Glass Gujarat Ltd has appointed Mr. Tarun N Shetty as an Additional Director and also Wholetime Director of the Company effective November 15, 2006.

2007

-Haldyn Glass Gujarat Ltd delists Securities of the Company from Vadodara Stock Exchange Ltd (VSE) with effective from January 09, 2007.

2008

- Haldyn Glass Gujarat Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2008, inter alia, Mrs. K J Udeshi has been appointed as a Director of the Company, in place of the causal vacancy.

2010
-Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1

2011

-Company has changed its name from Haldyn Glass Gujarat Ltd. to Haldyn Glass Ltd.

2012

- Mr. T. N. Shetty, Managing Director of the Company, has been appointed CFO.

2013
-Haldyn Glass - Change of Address of Corporate Office, Lotus Corporate Park,Off Western Express Highway,Goregaon (East) Mumbai-400063.

2014
-Haldyn Glass Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Re. 0.75 per Equity Share of Re. 1 each
