AURIFEROUS FINANCE AND INVESTMENT LIMITED (the Company) was originally incorporated as Auriferous Finance and Investment Private Limited on 1st February, 1994. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 12th October, 1994 by virtue of a Special Resolution passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 28th September, 1994, under Sections 33(1)/44 of the Act. The Registered Office of the Company is located at 10-1-127/1, Masab Tank, Hyderabad-500 028.

The Company is presently engaged in wide range of activities such as

It has always been in the forefront of adopting advanced technologies to ensure customer satisfaction with a suite of embedded solutions and comprehensive quality infrastructure, customized for specific requirements of the enterprises across a spectrum of industries & utilities especially the Energy Sector, which includes Power, Oil, Natural Gas & Water.

ICSA is headquartered in Hyderabad, India with its operating locations spread across the World. The company has developed innovative products suitable for Power utilities in the field of Energy Management, Energy Audit, and Control Applications and provides versatile Data Acquisition system using several Communication media such as GSM, GPRS, CDMA, PLCC, Optical Fiber and RF.Over the years, the company has served power utilities in the field of Energy Management, Energy Audit, Control applications.

The focus area for ICSA has been the technology solutions to Power Sector to identify Transmission and Distribution (T&D) losses and monitor power consumption using GSM & alite Networks. The Company also introduced the Remote Switching facility that is in sync with the ongoing Power Sector reforms. The Company provides solutions to identify distribution losses, which has been a major area of concern for power utilities. ICSA helps the power utilities reduce their costs and streamline their operations. The remote sensing applications developed by the Company can transfer data from power points to the control room through telephone lines and wireless, including GSM & GPRS technologies.

Also, the Company has made significant headway in the embedded technology segment of the Power Sector. The power sector products like Substation Controllers, Distribution Transformer Controllers, and Automatic Meter Reading Systems etc. are successfully deployed. The Remote Monitoring applications has numerous applications in a number of other sectors, which include, Oil, Gas, Mining, Irrigation, Transport and Water Utilities.

-The Compay has entered into a partnership agreement with the first integrated trading platform BazaarE.com.

-Innareddy Computer Software Associates India Ltd, the city-based software solutions company, has announced that it has changed its name to ICSA-India Ltd

2005

-ICSA India has been works worth Rs 80.20 million from Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd (TCAPL)

-ICSA India secures contract from EPDCAPL

-ICSA India secures order from APEPDCL, Visakhapatnam

-ICSA India secures order from UPRNNL

2006

-ICSA India secures order from TCAPL worth Rs 42.40 million.

-ICSA India secures orders from APEPDCL & APCPDCL for an aggregating value of Rs 124.578 million.

2007

-ICSA India has secured a work order for Rs 15.28 Crores from Eastern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Ltd on 100% Turnkey basis under JBIC 2006-07.

-The Company has secured work orders for a total contract value of Rs 17.57 Crores from Chief General Manager, APEPDCL on 100% Turnkey basis under JBIC 2006-07.

- The Company has splits its face value from Rs10/- to Rs2/-.

-ICSA India secures work orders from M P Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co., Indore

-ICSA India secured work orders(s) for a total contract value of Rs 93.47 Crores from Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board, Raipur

2008

-ICSA India Ltd has secured work order(s) for a total contract value of Rs 38.94 Crores from Northern Power Distribution Company of A P Ltd, Warangal on System Improvement Project for supply and erection of 33/11 kv Substations with connected 33 kv & 11 kv lines for the project funded by Japan Bank for International Cooperation on 100% turnkey basis.

- ICSA India has secured work orders for a total contract value of Rs 145.91 crore from Uttar Haryana Bijlee Vitaran Nigam, Dakshin Haryana Bijlee Vitaran Nigam and Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company and others for supply and erection of 132KV substations and lines, 33/11 KV substations and lines, 11KV substations and lines and also for erection, testing and commissioning of HT, LT, DTRs.

-ICSA India secured work order(s) for a total contract value of Rs 43.97 Crores from Northern Power Distribution Company of A P Ltd, Warangal

-ICSA secures wind power project

-ICSA India secures work orders worth Rs 236.14 Crores from Mahavitaran (Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd) and M P Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd.

2009

-ICSA India secures Orders worth Rs 464.17 Crores from Bihar State Electricity Board, Mahavitaran

-The Company has secured work orders for a total contract value of Rs 133.92 Crores from M.P.Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd.

-ICSA enters SCADA business in India

2010

-ICSA India Secures Orders worth Rs. 129.52 Crores

2011
