In a short span, since it actually started its production in the Nov. 1995, Ishan has embedded an impeccable impression in the global Pigment and Chemical market with its superior quality products. We have clinched a vast base of customers to whom we export wide range of phthalocyanine blue pigments for plastics, waterbase & offset inks, paint(alkyd) on a regular basis.

-Ishan Dyes & Chemicals Ltd has informed that the registered office of the Company has been shifted to 18, G.I.D.C Estate, Phase - 1, Vatva, Ahmedabad -382445 from earlier registered office i.e. Dinsha Chambers, 1st floor, Above State Bank of India, Dist. Kheda, Borsad -388540. The same is effective from August 13, 2014.

-Ishan Dyes & Chemicals Ltd has recommends the Issue of Bonus Equity Shares to the existing Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1 (One) new equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up as a Bonus Share for every 2 (Two) existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of the Company.
