ISL Consulting Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

Innovation Security Ltd., was incorporated as a Public Limited company on 5th January 1993 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 25th January 1993. The company has already acted as Advisor to one Public Issue. It is presently carrying out activities of advances through Intercorporate Deposits and Bills Discounting.

THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY

1. To accept, buy, sell discount and deal in all kinds of promissory notes, bills of exchanges, hundis, cheques, shares, debentures, bonds, stocks, securities, coupons, movable & immovable properties, and any other financial instrument.

2. To carry on business of brokers, merchant bankers, advisors, financiers, portfolio managers, Lead Managers, Co-managers, registrars, project consultants, market surveyors, badla financiers, importers, exporters and provide all kind of financial assistance and services to firms, societies, syndicates, companies and associations.

3. To carry on business of finance and hire purchase of vehicles, machinery, goods, and articles of every descriptions.

PRESENT BUSINESS

The company is at present engaged in the process of Bill Discounting, Intercorporate Deposits and purchase and sale of securities. The company had already been registered as Category IV Merchant Bankers and acted as an Advisor in an Issue. The company is also involved in preparation of Project Feasibility Reports and Financial Consultancy Services.
