Pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 05, 2015 the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to ÂJunction Fabrics and Apparels LimitedÂ vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 24, 2015 Issued by the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
