1.Based on information avaialble with the compnay there were no dues to micro and small enterprises, under the Micro, Small & medium Enterprise Development Act,2006.

2. In the opinion of the Board, the current assets, carry same value, as stated in the normal course of business.

3.The figures of the previous year have been rearranged,reclassified wherever necessary to make comparable to the Current Year''s figures.

4. Balances of Trade Receivable & loans & Advances are subject to Confirmation from concerned parties.

5. There was no contingent liabilities & Commitments at the end of current year.
