KSS Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company is incorporated as a public limited company on 6th September, 1995 and obtained certificate of commencement of business on 14th September, 1995 from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay. The Company has its registered office at 17, Milap Appartments, Malad (West), Bombay 400 064.

The Company is promoted by Garnet Group headed by Mr. Kishan Kumar Kedia alongwith Mr. Arun Kedia and Mr. Sanjay Kedia to undertake the project of manufacturing paper, duplex board and other paper products and produces.

PRESENT ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY

The Company is promoted with an object of manufacturing of paper, paper board, duplex board and various related products on large scale basis. The Company presently engaged in the implementation of the project for
manufacturing 30TPD of paper duplex board at Taluka Khalapur. It has already purchased land and the site development work is in progress. The Company expects to commence the commercial production by the end of December, 1996.

2003

-K Sera Sera enters into an MoU with Sahara India Mass

2004

-K Sera Sera has informed that their movie titled "Ek Hasina Thi" produced in association with Mr Ram Gopal Varma is being released all over India and Worldwide on January 16, 2004.

-K Sera Sera enters into distribution agreement

-K Sera Sera Production Ltd, has announced the appointment of Ms Kacon Sethi as its CEO heading the company's operations in India

2005

- Sera Sera enters into MoU for production of Hindi Feature Films & Television Serials

-K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has informed that the Company has entered into an Agreement with M/s. Sohail Khan Production for producing a Movie tentatively titled "Partner"

2008

-K Sera Sera Productions Limited has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company duly convened on June 30, 2008 has considered and taken on record the following matters: 1) Shift in registered office of the Company from "Versova Shree Darshan Co-op Hsg. Soc. Ltd., Plot No. 15, Near Versova Telephone Exchange, SVP Nagar, Andheri (West), Mumbai- 400 053". To "Office No. 18 to 22, 4th Floor, Mohid Heights, Lokhandwala Road, Off Four Bunglows, Andheri (West), Mumbai- 400 053".

2009

- K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has appointed Mr. Sanjay Gupta as CEO of the Company.

2010

-K Sera Sera - launches one of the biggest online shopping Portal www.kbazaar.in with more than a crore products

2011

-Company inaugurates it's Indore Miniplex

-K Sera Sera Productions Limited shall be changed to K Sera Sera Limited and the trading symbol of the Company be changed from KSERAPRO to KSERASERA

-"The Gujrat Institute Of Housing & Estate Development" (GIHED) has awarded the K Sera Sera's Miniplex at Ahmedabad

-Company has changed its name from K Sera Sera Productions Ltd. to K Sera Sera Ltd.

2012

-K Sera Sera Miniplex Private Limited, subsidiary of K Sera Sera Ltd inaugurates its Kurla Miniplex

-Company has changed its name from K Sera Sera Ltd. to KSS Ltd.

2013
-K Sera Sera Miniplex Private Limited, subsidiary of KSS Limited inaugurates its Sangrur Miniplex at CL Tower.

2014
-KSS ltd ties up with TV18 Broadcast ltd for its CNBC Bazaar channel.

-KSS L - MOU between Runwal Constructions (RC) & K Sera Sera Miniplex Limited
-"K Sera Sera Miniplex Ltd (Subsidiary of KSS Ltd) acquires single screen cinemas".
-KSS Ltd has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with United Media Works (UMW) to form a Joint Venture (JV).
- "KSS joins hands with UMW, by virtue of this arrangement the screens under the umbrella will reach to approx. 600".
