YEAR EVENTS
1992 - The Company was incorporated on 30th June, as a public limited
company. The Company has been promoted by Bijnor Steel & Alloys
Pvt. Ltd. and S.K. Jain family to manufacture various grades of
writing and printing paper with an installed capacity of 35 TPD
of low GSM (40-45) Cream-Wove base paper for coating and maplitho
etc.

- The Company undertook a project to set up a baggase and agro
waste based paper mill with 35 TPD capacity to produce various
grades of superior quality writing and printing paper of low GSM
(40-45) cream wove base paper for coating, maplitho etc.

1994 - 39,09,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each allotted for cash at
par. 50,91,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each were then
issued at par in February 1995 of which 12,91,000 shares were
reserved for allotment to promoters, their friends etc. Of the
remaining the following shares were reserved for allotment on a
firm basis: (i) 3,08,000 shares to PNB Mutual Fund, (ii) 3,00,000
shares to UTI and (iii) 9,12,000 shares to NRIs on repatriation
basis. Balance 22,80,000 shares were issued to the public (all
were taken up).

1995 - The Company has entered into an arrangement with Adya
Consultants, Calcutta for erection, installation of the paper
mill.

- 50,91,000 No. of Equity shares of Rs 10 each allotted during the
year.


2007

-Mohit Paper Mills Ltd has appointed Mr. Devendra Shankar Vishnoi (Chartered Accountant) as an Additional Director of the Company.
