2006 - Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd. was incorporated on 31st March 2006, for the purpose of taking over the investment business of Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd according to the Scheme of Demerger and Arrangement.

2008 - The equity shares of Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd. listed on the stock exchange in the list of group B securities, which is effective from 11th March 2008. Shares of the company got listed at lower track at Rs 151.25 a share on the Bombay Stock exchange (BSE).

2009

- The Board of Directors of the Company, has recommended Dividend of Rs 0.50 per Equity Share of Rs 5/- each for the financial year.

2010

- The Board of Directors of the Company, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the year.

2011

- Mrs. Anjali has been appointed as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company.

- Appointed Dr.Yash Paul Sachdeva as Additional Director of the Company.

2012
