|Our Company was incorporated on July 24, 1990 under the Companies Act, 1956 as
Parsvnath Developers Limited. We obtained a certificate of commencement of business
on November 20, 1990. At the time of incorporation, the registered office of our Company
was situated at G-2, Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110 001.
On March 1, 2004, the registered office of our Company was changed to the 6th floor,
Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110 001, which is the present
Registered Office of the Company.
July 1990 : Parsvnath Developers Limited was incorporated.
March 2002 : Received DR3 ICRA-NAREDCO rating from ICRA Limited indicating moderate project
development capacity. Parsvnath Developers Limited was the first real estate developer
whose grading was published under by ICRA-NAREDCO.
November 2002 : Received ISO 9001:2000 rating from the Internation Certifications Limited (ICL) in
relation to the development, construction and marketing of infrastructures.
September 2005 : Received upgraded rating DR2- ICRA-NAREDCO rating from ICRA Limited indicating
strong project development capacity.
December 2005 : Received certificate from the ICL certifying compliance with the Environment
Management System Standard ISO 14001.
August 2006 : Completed eight commercial projects in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Delhi.
August 2006 : Completed nine residential projects in Uttar Pradesh and Delhi.
August 2006 : Secured ten concessions from the DMRC for the development of malls at metro stations.
August 2006 : Secured acceptance of bid from the DMRC for one property development projects in
June 2006 : Our bid for the development of an integrated facility at Rajiv Gandhi Chandigarh
Technology Park on 500,960.80 square metres of land was accepted by the Chandigarh
2006 : Received in-principle approval in relation to the development of nine SEZs.
August 2006 : Received integrated management management system certification comprising of ISO
9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 certification from RINA in
relation to design, development, construction and marketing of infrastructures.
-Parsvnath Developers Ltd on February 17, 2007 has signed a MoU with Government of Gujarat for developing various projects at an investment of Rs 1600 crores over a period of 2-3 years.
-Parsvnath Developers Ltd on March 18, 2007 has announced the launch of Parsvnath City, a high-end residential township in Dharuhera, Haryana.
- Parsvnath Developers Ltd on June 21, 2007, has announced that the Company has bagged another DMRC project for developing an ultra modern fully Air-Conditioned shopping mall outside Netaji Subhash Place Metro Station in North Delhi.
-Parsvnath Developers Ltd has won another project from BEST, Mumbai to develop a plot of land at Mahim Bus Station, Mumbai for commercial and residential utilization along with remodeling of existing bus station.
-Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that in view of the extensive economic development around Jodhpur, realty major, the Company is building Parsvnath City, a self-contained; Mega Township spread over 110.4 Aces in Jodhpur.
-Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced Parsvnath SEZ Ltd (PSL), a subsidiary of the Company has signed a MoU with Government of Madhya Pradesh to provide facilities and incentives at the 76 acres SEZ being developed, by the Company at Indore.
-Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced the launch of Parsvnath Preston, a high-end group housing residential project, in Sonepat, Haryana.
