RCL Foods Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on November 2, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Orissa. It installed a manufacturing unit for producing nitrocellulose granules with a capacity of 180 TPA, at Balasore Orissa. It started the production in July 1994 and is now operating at 100% capacity. The company was
converted into Public Limited Company and fresh Certificate of Incorporation was received on 20.12.1994.

2006

-Passari Cellulose Ltd has informed that the shares of the company have been delisted from Bhubaneshwar Stock Exchange.

2009

-The Company has started production and marketing of the FMCG products like mouth freshner, ready to eat consumer goods.

2010

-Company has changed its name from Passari Cellulose Ltd. to RCL Foods Ltd.

-The company has shifted its Registered office from the State of Orissa to State of Tamil Nadu No. 84/85, Walltax Road, 1st Floor, Chennai - 600 003.

-Passari Cellulose has opened a Retail Outlet at Chennai
