Real Eco-Energy Ltd. Company History and Annual Growth Details

The Company was incorporated on 3rd, August, 1993 under the Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies - Gujarat at Ahmedabad as HILLOCK AGRO FOODS (INDIA) LIMITED with the main object of processing Wheat, Grams and manufacture Maida, Rava/suji, Whole Mill Atta, Atta and Besan. The company shall be at present concentrating on manufacturing Wheat products like Maida, Rava/Suji, Atta & Whole Mill Atta under Brand Name of "VIJETA", with the installed capacity to process 30000 MT of wheat per annum. The Company has obtained all the required licenses/approvals for the project and is in the process of implementing the aforesaid
project. The company obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 24th August, 1993. After obtaining Certificate of commencement of Business, the process of identification of project site, preparation of project report, preparation of Building plans,
identification of machinery suppliers, appraisal of the report, arrangement of Term Loan & working capital finance from Bank of Baroda were undertaken. The procedure for obtaining N.A. permission of land was simultaneously undertaken. On N.A. permission for block Nos. 66, 67, 68, 69 has been received & construction work for the building has
commenced. The company has commenced marketing of Maida, Rava, Suji under "Vijeta Brand" in consumer packs in Ahmedabad market by purchasing finished products in wholesale & re-packing it in consumer packs in city of Ahmedabad from 24th October, 1994.Â

Â The main objects of the company as set out in the Memorandum of Association of the Company are as under:

To carry on business as manufacturers, Processors, Dealers, Importers and Exporters of Maida, Rava, Atta, Bran from Wheat, Besan, Chana Dal, Pulses, Pickles, Papads, Spices, Food Canning, Food Grain, Cattle Feed, Dairy Products, Dehydration and Freezing of Food Products.Â

The company does not have any subsidiary.Â

Â 2012Â

- The Company has approved the demerger of the Food/Agro division of the Company and the same be vested in the Deepvandana Tradelink Private Limited. Further, the demerged division of the Company be amalgamated with the Real Realty Management Company Private Limited having excellent Business prospects and adequate liquid cash to implement its business plans subsequently reviving the Company by taking over the control of the management of the Hillock Agro Foods (India) Limited by the promoters of the Transferor Company pursuant to section 391 to 394 and other relevant provision of the Companies Act, 1956 along with the re-organization share capital of the Company as per the scheme of Amalgamation and the draft scheme of arrangement for this purpose was placed and approved by the Board.Â

2013Â

- The Company has been changed from Hillock Agro Foods (India) Limited to REAL REALTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED. The Change of name is carried out as per Clause 4 of Part E of the sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement.
- Real Realty Management Company Ltd has launching on its new project of Studio Apartments (Residential flats) -"Windsor Wood" at Vill. Jivapar, Rajkot- Ahmedabad National Highway, Rajkot.Â

- The Company is shifting of the Registered office of the Company from Ahmedabad to Rajkot.

2015
-The Company Registered office of the Company is shifted from 9, Shivsankalp Society, Near Naranpura Post Office, Naranpura, Ahmedabad-380 013 to 3rd F/F Amichand Park, C H Society Limited, Trade Center, Next to Stadium House, Stadium Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad-380 009, Gujarat, India w.e.f. November 06, 2015.Â

2018

-Company name has changed to Real Eco-Energy Ltd. from Real News & Views Ltd..
