 -Redington India Ltd has entered into a Distributor Agreement with Apple Computer International Pvt Ltd., Bangalore (Apple Computer) for distribution of their range of products in India.

 - Redington India Ltd has informed that the Company has entered into a Distributor and Adobe Licensing Center agreement with Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd (Adobe) for distribution of their range of products in India.

-Redington India Ltd has appointed Mr. N Srinivasan as an Additional Director of the Company.

-Vaultize (www.vaultize.com) announced signing of Master Reseller Agreement with Redington to expand and strengthen its India channel.
