1992 - The company was incorporated as private limited company with the name Lakeland Hotel. The company's business is to operate hotels and provide related services in India. 1995 - The company was converted into a public limited company on 18th November 1995. 1996 - The company came out with a public issue of 6,500,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 65 million for setting up the Heritage Hotel with 60 rooms and 5 star facilities at Bhopal. 2006 - The board of directors of the company approved the change in the name of the company from 'Lakeland Hotels' to 'Reliable Ventures India'. - The board of directors of the company decided to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs 120 million to Rs 250 million. 2007 - Members of the company at the annual general meeting on 28th September 2007 had accorded to delist the equity shares of the company from regional stock exchange like M.P. Stock Exchange Ltd, Indore and Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd. - Mr. Chandan Mitra, Mr. Prakash Singh and Mr. Debasis Chaudhuri were appointed as directors of the company. - Board of directors of the company had approved for preferential issue of 30 lakhs share warrants at an issue price Rs 45 determined in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines. - They also approved for re-issue of 969000 forfeited equity shares of the company on preferential allotment to persons other than promoters of the company. -Company name has been changed from Lakeland Hotels Ltd to Reliable Ventures India Ltd. |
