Puneet Resins Limited (hereinafter PRL) was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 24th September, 1984 in the State of Maharashtra. By a Special Resolution passed at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 18th June, 1993, the Company was converted in to a public Limited Company and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was obtained from the Registrars of Companies, Maharashtra on 13th July, 1993. The Company has its Registred Office at Bombay and factory at Satpur MIDC, Nasik.

The Company has been manufacturing Rubber and PVC Compounds which have specialised proprties such as oil resistance, flame retradancy, ozone resistance, fuel and solvent resistance, etc. These compounds are used to make products such as petrol hose, LPG tubes, footwear, auto parts, protective clothing, seals, conveyor belts, etc.

The Promoters of the Company are Shri Mahendra Kumar Kapoor, Sjhri Arvind Mahendra Kapoor, and Shri Nipun Virendra Kapoor.
