The company was promoted to set up a four star category hotel at Manali, Dist. Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. The company has been promoted by Mr. Ramanand Sagar, Mr. Subhash Sagar and by Mr. Anand Sagar.

The company has not commenced any commercial operations as yet. the company is presently engaged in setting up of a 4 Star Hotel, 'Sagar Manali', with 48 rooms and 4 executive suites and a hut containing 4 luxury suites at Manali district Kullu (H.P).
