1984 - Sat Industries Ltd was incorporated on the 24th November 1984 in the state of Maharashtra is engaged in the business of international marketing , global business and creating and acquiring manufacturing facilities specially in the field of plastic products.

2007 -Members of the Extraordinary General meeting held on the 10th of March 2007 had authorized the Board of Directors of the company for commencing and undertaking all or any of the businesses specified in subclauses 83, 110 & 123.

- On 24th September 2007 company had decided to enter into a Joint Venture for construction and real estate development activities in Kuwait. For this purpose capital base was expected Rs. 1000 mn.

-Sat Industries Ltd had announced for the allotment of 2.20 million equity shares of Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 9 a share upon the conversion of 2.20 million warrants to Sat Invest Pvt Ltd.

- Deferred Tax liability for the quarter ended 31st December 2007 was not provided.

-Company name has been changed from Sat Investeck Ltd to Sat Industries Ltd.

2008 - On a meeting held on 3rd March 2008, board of directors of the company had decided to enter into the business of development of township and construction of residential or commercial premises in the UAE and other Middle East Countries through its existing Wholly Owned Subsidiary Sat Middle East Ltd FZC, UAE.

2014
-Sat Industries appointed Mr. Nirav Patel as Assistant Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer.

2015

-Company has opened its branch office in Udaipur, Rajasthan
-Aeroflex International Limited - engaged in manufacturing of machine parts and tools and engineering products made of steel has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company

2016

-The Company has "Acquired equity shares in GENEXT STUDENTS PRIVATE LIMITED".
