-Company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 148:219 at a premium of Rs. 14.5 per share.

-Company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 62:645 at a premium of Rs. 21 per share.

-Company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 40:99 at a premium of Rs. 10.5 per share.
