-An MOU has been signed between the Company & NEB Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Bangalore for the design, development & implementation of the Mass Rapid Transport System project (MRTS) in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

2007

-The Company has executed Bio-Statistical work for Ardent Consulting Inc., USA. In this regard the Company after completion of the work received US $ 70,000 as payment.

2008

- And agin Company name has been changed from Javeline Technology Ltd to Seshachal Technologies Ltd.

-The Company has acquired 6,90,000 Equity shares out of the paid-up capital of 7,00,000 Equity shares of Rs 10 each of Labcal Biometrics Technologies (p) Ltd, a Hyderabad based company engaged in the business of high end security systems.

2009

--Registered Office of the Company has been shifted to E-19, Panchivati Township, Akkireddy Palem, BHPV Post, Visakhapatnam - 530012, Andhra Pradesh.

2010

- Seshachal Technologies Ltd has appointed Mr. Dokka Narasimha Murthy as Director.

2011

-The Company appointed Mr. Madhavapeddi Durga Prasad as Managing Director.

2014
-Amalgamation of Sri Indra Power Energies Limited and Chitturi Projects Private Ltd with the Company through the scheme of merge.
