Shree Precoated Steels Limited was originally incorporated on September 17, 2007 under The Companies Act, 1956 as Ajmera Reality Private Limited. The name of the Company was thereafter changed to Ajmera Precoated Steels Private Limited on July 22, 2008. The status of the Company was changed to public limited company on July 23, 2008 and the name was changed to Ajmera Precoated Steels Limited as a result of the conversion from a private limited company to a public limited company. The name was changed to Shree Precoated Steels Limited on April 17, 2009.
