2010
- Commenced the Acid division and achieved a turnover of Rs.1,000 million

2011
- Commenced manufacturing of Single Super Phosphate and Soil Conditioner (Fertilizer) and commissioned a 500KW Captive Power Plant Implemented SAP Opened office in Pune for marketing of fertilizers.

2012
- The name of the Company was changed to Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers LimitedÂ pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 5, 2012, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra to reflect the business of the Company more accurately.

2013
- Enhanced the capacity of the SSP plant located at D-25, MIDC, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra from 45,000 TPA to 1 Lac Tonnes Per Annum. ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008 certificates for both of the manufacturing units.

2014
Entered into MoU for acquiring an additional plot at D-18, M.I.D.C. Industrial Area, Lote Parshuram, for setting up a plant for manufacture of fertilizer - Sulphate of Potash.

2016
-Shree Pushkar Chemicals Launches new Mixed Fertiliser (NPK)
-Shree Pushkar starts commercial production of SOP plant
-Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd has informed that the Company's registered office is shifting to 301-302, 3rd Floor, Atlanta Centre, Near Udyog Bhawan, Sonawala Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063 With effective from December 08, 2016.

2017
-Shree Pushkar starts production of H-Acid plant.

2018
-Launched ÂDyecolÂ Our Range of Reactive Dyes.

2019
-Installed Sulphuric acid plant In KPPL along with captive power plant based on waste heat boiler. Also commissioned a Granulation plant in KPPL of 200 TPD.Â

2021

-Expansion Acquisition of Madhya Bharat Phosphate Pvt Ltd Commenced production of A.H.N.F new plant at Madhya Bharat Phosphate Pvt Ltd unit 2 at Madhya Pradesh.Â

-Expansion of current Unit V facility & Solar Project.

2023

-Company 'Commenced total Commercial production at our new plant (Unit 5) at D-10, MIDC Lote Parshuram, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.''.
