The Company incorporated in December, 1990 under name of Titawi Sugar Works Ltd. was promoted by Shriram Industrial Enterprises Ltd., headed by Siddharth Shriram. Afterwards, the name was changed to Shriram Agrotech Industries Ltd., in November, 1992. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing soyabean/rapeseed oil, refined oil, vanaspati & deoiled cake. The Company entered the Capital market in February, 1993 to raise fund for setting up facilities to process 500 tpd of oil seeds or 600 tpd of oil cakes in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.
