South Asian Entertainment Limited (SAEL) was incorporated by Mr. M.P. Mehrotra, Dr (MRs) Sushma Mehrotra, Mr Somesh Mehotra, Mr Sanjay Khanna, Mr Vijai Kumar Khanna, Mr Ajay Khanna and MR Ramji Mehrotra 21st March, 1990, at Kanpur in the State of Uttra Pradesh as a Public Limited Company with the main object of setting up and running of amusement parks and also setting up facilities for entertainment of all sorts to the public. The company obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on 3rd January, 1991 from theRegistrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh at Kanpur. The Company had set up the first amusement park in the city of Kanpur in the year 1991, with the term loan assistance from PICUP and UPFC. The Kanpur Park is centrally located at Kidwai Nagar and has been doing excellent business. The company has already commissined first phase of Lucknow Project at Gautam Buddha Park. The Company has als entered into technical and marketing arrangement with the protoers of "APPU GHAR", New Delhi.

The Company has been engaged in the business of setting up and running of amuement parks using state-of-art technology. The first park was set up in the city of Kanpur under the name and style of MIKKY HOUSE.

The Company has entered into a marketing and technical collaboration agreement with International Amusements Limited (IAL) & Indo-Italian Amusement Parks Limited (IIAPL) respectively. IAL with advise the copany on infrastrucutre, comissioning and maintenance of various projects of the company. As per the appraisal report of TFCI, IAL are pioneers in the field of amusement technology in India, haaving to their credit the implementation of APPU GHAR - the first amusement park in India. They have also successfully implemented various amusement parks across the country. IAL will advise the Company oninital planning, desiging, selection of riders, project management etc. IIAPL shall from time to time be advising on upgradation of the rides to keep in tuen with changing preferences of the customers and also with the developments in state of the art technology.
