The Company was originally incorporated as ÂSupernova Advertising Private LimitedÂ on 11th April, 2008 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.It was subsequently converted in to a public company and consequently name was changed to ÂSupernova Advertising LimitedÂ (SAL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated 13th December, 2013 issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

2014

-Supernova Advertising Limited has entered into an agreement with Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company Limited.

2015

-The Company have opened a corporate office at Office No.-301, 3rd Floor, 697 Rajshila Premises, J.S.S. Marg, Princess Street Junction Mumbai - 400 002.
