-Tamboli Capital-The equity shares of Tamboli Capital Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities.

2012

-Tamboli Capital have recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.50 per share i.e. 5% on equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 10/- each.

2013

-Tamboli Capital has recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.55 per share i.e. 5.50% on equity shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- each.

2014

-Tamboli Capital have recommended payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.60 per share i.e. 6.00% on 99,20,000 equity shares of the Company of face value Rs. 10/- each.

2023

-Company name has changed to Tamboli Industries Ltd. from Tamboli Capital Ltd..
