Incorporated as a Private Company on 28th September, 1979 under the name of Techno Forge Company Pvt. Ltd. The company was converted into a Public Limited Company in terms of the special resolution passed on 30/03/92. Subsequently the name of the company has been changed to Techno Forge Limited vide certificate dated 15/10/92 issued by the registrar of companies, Gujarat.

The company has been promoted by Shri A.K.M. Kapasi and Shri Hemant V Cheda.
