The Company was originally incorporated on June 27, 1995 under the Companies Act, 1956 as Triveni SRI Private Limited. The Company became a Public Company w.e.f April 29, 1996 and the word Private was deleted resulting in change of name of the Company to Triveni SRI Ltd. The name of the Company was changed to Triveni Retail Ventures Limited on January 19, 2007 and subsequently to Triveni Turbine Limited on March 8, 2010. The registered office of our Company was changed on July 9, 2010 from 104, 1st Floor, Grand Plaza, 99, Old Rajinder Nagar Market, New Delhi, Delhi - 110 060 to the present Registered Office.

2007

-Company has changed its name from Triveni SRI Ltd. to Triveni Retail Ventures Ltd.

2010

-Company has changed its name from Triveni Retail Ventures Ltd. to Triveni Turbine Ltd.

2011

- Triveni Turbine Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'T' Group Securities.

- Triveni Turbine Ltd has approved/ declared the an Interim dividend of Re. 0.25

2012

- Triveni Turb - Board declares Interim Dividend of Re. 0.25 (25%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each on the Equity Share Capital of the company

2013

- Triveni Turbine Limited has won the National Intellectual Property Award for the year 2013 in the Category, 'Top Organization in Designs'.

- The Company has appointed Mr. Meleveetil Damodaran as an Additional Director of the Company.

2014

-The Company has appointed Dr. (Mrs.) Vasantha Suresh Bharucha (Non Executive Independent Director), as an Additional Director.

-The Company recommended final dividend of 55 % i.e. Re. 0.55 per share on equity share of Re 1/- each.
