-Company has changed its name from Atco Corporation Ltd. to Vaarad Ventures Ltd.

-Mr. Hemant Soni has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company

-Vaarad Ventures sub-division of each equity shares of Rs. 2/- into two equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.

2012

-Ms. Aparna Uparkar has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company

-Mr. Nitin Datanwala has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.

-Board has recommended dividend @ Re. 0.01 i.e. 1% per share of Re. 1/- each.

2014

-Mr Nitin Datanwala has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company.
