Reliance ETF Schemes

Exchange-Traded Funds are securities that closely represent index funds, but these funds can be bought and sold on a day to day basis just like common stocks. These investment products enable investors to purchase a wide range of securities in a single transaction in a convenient way. Basically ETFs provide the convenience of stock together with a mutual fund diversification. An Exchange Traded Fund is a form of investment that includes a set of securities such as stocks, commodities or bonds which often follow an underlying index, although they may participate in a range of industry sectors or use different strategies.

ETFs are identical to mutual funds but like ordinary stock, they are listed on exchanges and trade ETF shares throughout the day. ETF is a stock portfolio representing an index structure such as S&P CNX Nifty or BSE Sensex. The value of the ETFs is focused on the net asset value of the underlying securities.
