The shares of Suzlon Energy on Wednesday rose, after the company won order from Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals (GSFC) for setting, operating and maintaining wind energy projects of 50.4 megawatt in Gujarat. This is the fifth order for the company from Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals. The new project aims to increase the total wind power capacity of GSFC to 123.4 megawatt.
At 11:12 AM yesterday, on BSE, shares the company were trading at Rs. 55.70, up by 2.39 per cent against the previous day close of Rs. 54.40.
