Company has improved its quality, packaging and new advertisements helped company earning good profits. It has got one over the strongest Ayurveda brands. In the balm category, it has around 60% market share with its products Zandu balm and Mentho Plus balm.
Company has one more advantage of tax relief. Over 80 per cent of production is coming from those plants which are tax exempted. Hence, giving additional boost to the bottom line of the company.
With both the top line and bottom line improvements, company is confident enough to show good growth in coming years. In last fiscal year company registered a revenue growth of 23 per cent and the net profit growth of 35 per cent.
