Eskay KnIT - Outcome of AGM

Eskay KnIT India Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company in their Annual General Meeting held on July 09, 2011, approved all the businesses included in the Notice of the said AGM. The outcome of the said Annual General Meeting:

1. The Members considered and adopted the Audited Profit And Loss for the year ended March 31, 2011 and the Balance Sheet as on that date along with Report of Directors and the Auditors thereon.

2. Shri Navin Kumar Tayal, who was liable for retirement by rotation at the AGM, has been re-appointed as Non-executive Chairman of the Company.

3. Shri Ajay Ramesh Gupta, who was liable for retirement by rotation at the AGM, has been re-appointed as Director of the Company.

4. M/s A. F. Khasgiwala & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been re-appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, who shall hold Office from the conclusion of the aforesaid AGM till the conclusion of the next AGM.
