The organization is already with managing work and fulfilling targets of completing the designated work related to crude production on time and this huge scale of retirements might make the situation worse.

Manpower comes out to be almost 10% of the company's total costs of exploration and production, the company also wants to achieve a balance between executives and its general staff. The company might recruit 800-900 candidates in the officer grade, while recruitment of general staff is also expected to happen in same ratio.
