Tata MF unveils Fixed Maturity Plan
Tata Mutual Fund has unveiled a New Fund Offer (NFO), namely, Tata Fixed Maturity Plan Series - 37 Scheme A. It's a close-ended debt scheme.

The tenure of the scheme is 369 Days. The issue price offered for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit.

Investment Objective:
The investment objective of the scheme is to generate income and / or capital appreciation by investing in wide range of debt and money market instruments having maturity in line with the maturity of the scheme. The maturity of all investments shall be equal to or less than the maturity of the scheme.

The fund targets to raise a minimum subscription of Rs 40 crore under the scheme during the NFO period.

Allocation of funds:
The scheme would allocate upto 100% of assets in debt and money market instruments with low to medium risk profile. Not more than 25% of the net assets of the scheme shall be deployed in securities lending. The scheme would limit its exposure, with regards to securities lending, for a single intermediary, to the extent of 5% of the total net assets of the scheme at the time of lending. The scheme will have maximum derivative gross notional position of 50% of the net assets of the scheme. Investment in derivative instrument may be done for hedging and portfolio balancing.
