Gold futures boards back 26k level
After registering a steep fall in morning trade, gold futures recovered a bit and somehow managed to retain at the level of Rs 26,000 per 10 grams but grim outlook still remains.

Gold for delivery in October at the Multi Commodity Exchange fell steeply at Rs 24,992 per 10 grams and took an about turn in afternoon trade. It was seen trading in the range of Rs 26,072 – Rs 26,082 per 10 grams at 4:15 pm IST.

And, the metal for April contract delivery was trading in the range of Rs 26,950 – Rs 26,984 per 10 grams same time.

While, metal for immediate delivery was seen at Rs 25,405 per 10 grams.

Silver also recovered a bit in afternoon trade. Gray metal for delivery in December at the Multi Commodity Exchange, after posting intraday lows of Rs 45,824 per kg, it was seen trading in the range of Rs 49,965 – Rs 49,993 per kg same time.

Silver for immediate delivery was at around Rs 49,410 per kg.
