The Water and Effluent Treatment business unit has bagged new orders worth Rs 793 crore including 2 major EPC orders from Gujarat Industrial Development Corp for 25 MGD and 50 MGD water supply schemes at Dahej.
The unit has also bagged a contract for 10 MLD capacity RO-based seawater desalination plant in south India, the company said in its filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The Power Transmission and Distribution IC secured new orders worth Rs 122 crore from the Power Grid Corporation of India= to supply, erect, test and commission substation extension packages at Kurnool, Thiruvalam, Nellore, Hosur and Vijayawada.
Also, L&T Construction has secured Rs 150 crore orders from different ongoing projects across business units, the filing added.
The shares of the company was seen trading higher by 1.59% to Rs 1391 on BSE at 1.20 pm IST. In touched intr-day high of Rs 1394.
