Considering the high wages, sales tax and electricity charges, All Kerala Federation of Petroleum Traders has asked the government to increase the dealer commission in the state.

Demanding that the commission should be given in line with the other related developments, it recommended fixing the same on percentage basis.

Besides, annual general body meeting of the federation held recently has also demanded to prohibit establishment of any new petrol pump in the near areas of the existing ones as it would reduce the sales.
