V-Mart Retail lists below offer price
The Delhi based retail chain company V-Mart Retail, which offered shares to the public at Rs 210, got listed on the bourses at Rs 206, which was marginally lower then its offer price.
It may be recalled that the company had fixed its IPO price at Rs 210, as against price band of Rs 195-215 per share.
The issue had opened for subscription during February 1-5 and was marginally over subscribed.
The reserved portion of qualified institutional investors subscribed 1.52 times, non institutional investors 1.39 times and retail investors 0.79 times.
V-Mart is a retail chain that mostly operates in the north. The company currently has 59 stores spread across 51 cities.
The company raised Rs 90 crores through its IPO which would now be utilised to set up more stores.
