Religare MF declares dividend under "Religare Fixed Maturity Plan-Series XII-Plan D (14 Months)"

Religare Mutual Fund has announced entire distributable surplus as dividend under dividend payout option of scheme named as "Religare Fixed Maturity Plan-Series XII-Plan D (14 Months)", on the face value of Rs 10 per unit.
The record date for the dividend is April 16. The NAV of scheme as on April 10, 2013 was at Rs 11.1434.
The investment objective of the close ended debt scheme to generate income by investing in a portfolio of debt and money market instruments maturing on or before the date of maturity of the Scheme.
The performance of the scheme is benchmarked against Crisil Short-Term Bond Fund Index and Nitish Sikand is the fund manager of the scheme.
