Housing major, HDFC has reported a rise in net profits for Q4 2013 at Rs 1555 crores, largely in line with expectations.
The gross loan book of the institution rose to at Rs 1.7 lakh crore as at the end of the quarter. The housing major has announced a dividend of Rs 12.5 per share.
Total income of HDFC rose to Rs 5666 crores for Q4 2013 as against rs 5242 crores reported for Q3 2013.
Shares of HDFC were up more then 2 per cent at Rs 875 per share.
