Sutlej Textiles

Sunidhi Securities has a buy rating on Sutlej textiles.

"The improving fundamentals, timely expansion from time to time, consistent modernization and well-built management quality give strong visibility to revenue & profitability going forward. STIL is expected to post an EPS of Rs 82.8 in FY14 and Rs 93.9 in FY15. At the CMP of Rs 175, the share is trading at a P/E of 2.1x on FY14E & 1.8x on FY15E. We recommend BUY with a target price of Rs 225 in the medium term," says Sunidhi Securities research report.

LIC Housing

Emkay global has suggested buying the LIC Housing stock.

"We have revised our NII / PAT estimates upwards by 2% / 4% respectively and now factoring 20% CAGR in loans over FY13-15E. Valuations at 1.5x/1.3x FY14E/FY15E ABV are reasonable given strong RoA profile of 1.4%. Continue to prefer LICHF in the housing finance space given growth visibility, positive ALM gap in shorter tenure maturities and receding NPA concerns. Retain ACCUMULATE. Revised our target price to Rs 260," the firm has stated.
